E-COMMERCE / RETAIL
A content programme based on Google keyword research and customer support insights. On 9 October 2026, the retailer appeared in 52.0% of measured AI answers; its website was cited in 49.3%.
We developed practical buying content for a UAE online retailer, covering delivery, large orders, product selection and the information customers need when choosing a supplier.
The challenge
A customer ordering for a wedding, office event or large gathering needs to understand quantities, pricing arrangements, delivery timing and how to coordinate the order.
The content programme addressed those practical questions so that customers researching suppliers could find relevant guidance on the retailer’s own website.
What we did
We combined Google keyword data with insights from conversations with the retailer’s customer support team. Keyword research helped us understand how people searched for products and suppliers. The support team added context about what customers actually ordered, how they placed their orders and where they needed help.
We used these findings to build the content plan around concrete buying situations, including bulk purchases, event orders and delivery arrangements. Search data informed the topics and language; customer support insights helped us decide which practical questions each article needed to answer.
This research shaped the publishing programme, including a 30-article batch covering ordering, delivery and supplier selection.
The content focused on specific situations. An event-ordering guide covered the steps involved in organising a large purchase. Other guides addressed volume discounts, corporate accounts and arranging delivery for an event.
The inspected articles used a direct introduction, a short key-facts section and a closing summary. In the event-ordering example, this placed information about quantities, scheduling and coordination close to the customer’s original question.
We evaluated the retailer’s presence across 185 non-branded prompts in five areas: delivery speed, specialist assortment, bulk and event orders, pricing and value, and the UAE market. We examined both brand appearances and the individual pages cited in the answers.
What the monitoring showed
On 9 October 2026, the brand appeared in 52.0% of measured AI answers. Its website was cited in 49.3%.
Bulk and event orders had the highest brand visibility among those five topics. The retailer appeared in 127 of 184 collected answers across 37 prompts, approximately 69%.
The cited content included guides to ordering for a party, bulk discounts, corporate accounts and delivery for large events.
One captured ChatGPT answer provides a concrete example. Asked to suggest suppliers for a wedding order involving premium wine and venue delivery, it listed the retailer first among the companies to contact. Its sources included the retailer’s own guides to large orders and event discounts.
This showed the buying guides being used in an answer about choosing a supplier. The recommendation and its supporting sources could be inspected directly.
